After my H1-B got approved in June, 2009, a previous petition for the OPT based EAD was approved which got into effective on July 1, 2009, two days after the effective date of my H1-B visa. People in the forum said that the later approved case can kick me out from my approved H1-B status.

Could you tell what is my status now.
-F1.
If unfortunately I am kicked back to OPT, how can I get back to H1-B status.
-Two choice: 1. Just go outside U.S. to get an H1 visa to come back or 2. file change of status from F1 to H1 again. Either one is OK.
