USCIS 出過備忘錄，好像在2007後，LC 和I-140 不能transfer。Did you file I-485? when?你最好問一下皮匠老師。
-Do you really understand what "十大 "'s question mean? He just concerned about whether he can use the old I-140 priority date for the new I-140. This is called Priority date porting or transfer, not LC or I-140 transfer. This is abolutely doable.
