本人H4, 正在辦理H1B in the US. I plan to go back to Beijing in April. In my case, should I ask my attorney to inform the USCIS on the form I-129 to forward H1 approval to Beijing Consulate, if H1B approved?
-Yes, if you want to. But if you do it, you can not work in U.S. until you go to China to get the h1 visa to come back. So, you had better not to do that. Just wait for the H1 is approved in U.S., and you can work immedately. If you visit China later, you can just take the H1 approval notice and the necessary documents to a US consulate in China (e.g. Beijing) to apply for the H1 visa.
Or other options? Any risks?
Thanks.
