1.沒有收到他們說的I-864
The petitioner in the applicant's case has been sent instructions concerning completion of the Affidavit of Support (form I-864) and supporting documents needed for financial sponsorship. The applicant may want to contact the applicant's petitioner to ensure that these documents are completed and returned to NVC as directed.
-If your sponsor has filed the I-864 and paid the filing I-864 fee to NVC, Your sponsor had better contact NVC as soon as possible to see whether NVC has sent this document and other related documents to US Guangzhou Consulate. Only if US Consulate has received all this kind documents from NVC, the Consulate will contact you for the interview and provide you the instructions and the list of required documents from you. If your sponsor has not do that yet, he/she needs to do it as soon as possible following the NVC instructions.


2.這裏麵沒有提受益人的文件。交I-130的時候已經交過出生公證和結婚公證了。

3.如果我們已經讓繳納400的簽證費，（已繳納），是不是說明經濟擔保就通過了？
