What kind of category you used in the GC application, family based or employment based? Who sponsored your GC application?

就一直以為他們會用郵寄的方法給給我要填的表格和next step的說明。因此等了近2個月，都沒有收到從本土或者廣州的任何包裹，就電話詢問。

我不在美國。Nvc會把包裹寄美國境外嗎？還是隻寄境內的擔保人？
-I assume you using family based category for your GC application. NVC should send a packet including the instructions to the sponsor who is in U.S. After the sponsor provide the required documents to NVC, NVC will send the approved paperwork to US Consulate in Guangzhou. Then, the US Consulate will contact you for the immigration visa interview (they will send you the instruction and the list of the required documents including the physical exam.

So, it is very strange in your case. You may ask your sponsor to contact NVC to see what happened there. You may also contact US Consulate in Guangzhou to see what happened also.
