My question is which job title is best between“Software Developer” and “Senior Software Engineer”? Please note that 1) I used “Software Developer” to apply for Green Card; 2) My new employer offered me “Senior Software Engineer” position, and has agreed to use “Software Developer” to file AC 21 letter. I don’t know which is the best title I should use to file AC21 letter.
-If both the job titles have the same salary and benefits, just use the same title as your old title in your previous employer (GC job title). If not, use the job title with higher salary.
