請問我這樣的理解對不對？
如果父母雙方都成為公民，那麽他們的未成年的孩子不需要申請，自動成為公民。
如果父母隻有一方成為公民，一方保持綠卡，那麽他們的孩子就需要申請130， 就像走父母當時申請綠卡的過程，隻是沒有排期的限製？如果一方成為公民，為國內未成年的子女申請，一般需要多長時間？續要找律師嗎？
