請教863211，pjing前輩一個h4問題。

我是h1b身份。老婆剛剛回國度假，準備倆周後在北京返簽h4。現在我有個問題請教：

我老婆簽證後還準備在國內呆一個多月，3月份才回來。如果在我老婆北京簽證成功拿到h4簽證以後，但是在她返回美國之前，我換工作遞交了h1b transfer的話，由於h1b transfer大約需要2-3個月批準，那麽在我的H1B transfer petition pending期間她回美國入關的時候會不會有麻煩？
