我老婆倆周後去領館簽證的時候，那個時候我還沒有換雇主。但是有可能在她得到h4簽證後在國內繼續停留的一個多月期間換到另外的一個公司。一樣她入關會有問題嗎？
-Yes, unless you still work for the old employer when she returns to U.S. and then, you can change the employer and she will be OK. If you change the employer firest and then she comes back later using the visa based on the old h1 approval notice, her status will be a problem.
