My current visa status is H1-B. My boss wants me to Europe to get some training for 1~2 weeks. And then I may have to travel to Europe frequently. I emailed the company attorney about the background security check, he replied that “The best way to minimize the chances of a problem occurring is to have immigration counsel assist you in preparing all the necessary forms and supporting documents and file a form G-28 (Notice of Appearance as Attorney) so that the Consulate knows you are represented by counsel. “
1. Does anyone have experience about it?
2. Is it a good for H1-B out and re-enter USA? I don’t want to take risks;
3. How long will it be valid? Do I need to apply for it every time?
