學校說現在H1B申請方法變了，有些表格以前email可以解決，現在必須要書信，主要是最低工資相關的問題，說是和勞工部有關，說3個月不夠準備表。老公心情不好，具體內容沒有細說，我是從他那裏斷斷續續了解到的。
他今天又去和學校談，我剛給他電話,說是學校給試著辦，希望順利
-Your school is wrong again. Yes, USCIS change the procedure for LCA, but it still only takes about two weeks to get it done (originally only take a few hours). So, just ask the school to do it and nothing worried about. After the school send out the petition aperwork to USCIS, your hu*****and can work continually.
