回複：急問有關H1B延期問題

老公，大學postdoc，H1B今年4月到期，老板同意延期。但去學校相關部門辦理延期時被告之太晚了，說3個月時間不夠完成所有表的準備，
-This is absolutely wrong saying of your school. It only need 2 to 3 work to prepare the H1 extension paperwork and send it out. As long as USCIS receives your hu*****and's H1 extension petition application, he can continue to work (not need to wait for the approval). So, just ask the school to do the h1 extention petition for him and it has much enough time to do it.

說是H1B的申請步驟與以前不同，需要的時間不夠。遞了I-140，不能轉J1，現在身份存在大問題，大家有沒有好的建議？
