主要是擔心stupid移民局要是萬一去老地方核查的話，
-Very few H1 cases are 核查 and this is randomly selected. So, you do not need to worry such a small chance of events such as IRS 核查 your tax return.

當然也擔心重新file一個h1b amendment會讓移民局說我又錯了。因為我的EB1的批準的140,pending 485,EB2的批準的140都是用的新地址。怕移民局說我都用新地址申請了這些然後才申請h1b amendment。所以我想趕快用AP入境一次，換成新地址的AOS狀態算了。
-Your lawyer is a professional and you should believe him/her. From your description, I do not think you need to do anything on your h1 by this time. Especially, you have the EAD in hand, and if your h1 has problem, you still legally work with EAD.

You can file an H1 extesion petition later or just use EAD to work after the h1 expires.
