回複：H1B amendment 請教幾位老師

2007年申請了3年的h1b, 2008年公司搬家到一個15 mile遠的town，同一個州，prevailing wage是一樣的。

以前沒有做h1b amendment,因為一個律師再三說用不著。
-I think your lawyer is right. Because the new location is only 15 miles away, that certainly sounds like it is within the area of intended employment (normal commuting distance of site listed in LCA) and thus, a new LCA and amended filing were NOT required as long as the LCA or Notice of LCA posting from your current H-1B filing was posted at the new worksite on or before you begin work at the new location.
