I am wondering if there is possibility I may be rejected for TN.
-I do not think you have a problem to change your h1 status to TN, but why do you want to do that?

The only reason I want to keep my H1B status is because I would like the company to sponsor my green card at some point. Which visa would be the best for me?
- unless your new employer does not sponsor your h1, of course you had better just do h1 transfer to keep your h1 status because h1 status is dual intent.
