I need to start working the beginning of next year. Do you know how long it will take before I can work for the new employer if I do H1b transfer? I only have about two weeks. The new Employer just wants me to start as soon as possible.

I have planed a trip to go outside of US (A country other than Canada) during the last week of December. Do you think I can get my TN at the US airport when I reenter US?

Also I heard I can apply for unemployment benefit if I loose my job when I am on TN visa. Do you know if I can apply for unemployment benefit when I am on H1b?
