我現在是485 PENDING，有EAD（工作許可證），正常情況下，回國就是辦AP。

但是，爸爸突然過世了，明天我馬上要回國，我怎麽樣能夠回中國，然後又能有合法文件回美國呢？怎麽辦加急AP？（問朋友說至少要一周。）
-You can only get emergency AP for this travel. Bring your emergecy evidence mail, email, or fax (translate it to English by yourself), passport, two photos, the completed Form I-131, your I-485 receipt. in most local offices, they usually issue the emergency AP in several hours.
剛剛在別的論壇中，有人說當天就可以拿到AP。

如果沒有AP，我先回國。LG留在美國，幫我辦好AP寄過去，可以嗎？

我老公2005年來時是以L1身份來的，我是L2身份。因為時限，LG現在已經變成H1，我還沒有改變，仍然是L2身份。如果辦不了AP，我回國後能再辦簽證嗎？
-Your L2 status was invalid when your spouse changed his L1 to H1. So, your status now is AOS. So, technically, you can not get h4 visa to come back without affecting your I-485.
