Let me explain my situation in more detail. My Green card application is in EB-3 category. got my I-129 approved in 2006, and handed in my I-485 in 2007 during the 大放水 period. Got my EAD and AP afterwards. Renewed my EAD and AP at the beginning of 2009. I received the Request for Initial Interview two weeks ago. So I think my I-485 is being processed normally. My concern is primarily for the employment verification. As I explained in my previous posts, I haven't been working for the past 14 months except trading stocks. Now I have a company that is willing to provide me a Letter of Intention to Hire, but I cannot provide my most recent pay stubs. I was wondering if these circumstances will affect my approval of my I-485, and if so, how should I explain to the IO when I go to the interview.
再一次衷心感謝pijiang老師的耐心回複與無私幫助,等候您的解答。
