1.I was wondering if these circumstances will affect my approval of my I-485,
What I meant was the approval of my green card.
- At present time, you're pending with I-485 and received RFE. The RFE itself has no effect on your AP/EAD, as long as your I-485 remains pending and AP/EAD have not expired.
If your I-485 is approved later, which indicates your reply to RFE has clarified the confusion on USCIS' side, the approval of I-485 is a result of your RFE.
Unless there is mispresentation in your application, your approved I-485 is good and will be all good.
Guess this answers either "if these circumstances will affect my approval of my I-485" or "if these circumstances will affect my application of my I-485", as your I-485 is not yet approved.
2. how should I explain to the IO when I go to the interview?
Didn't understand your reply. This question was refered to the pay stub issue, but if you do not want to comment on this one, I will understand
- When you don't have the required material for RFE, I don't think there is a better way than stating the facts.
