NIW １４０批了如果和美國公民結婚可以遞４８５嗎？

今年十月初遞的NIW，剛收到１４０批了的EMAIL（希望是真的）。EB－１B／４８５ 九月交的，還在等。我有一個問題是如果我和美國公民結婚，是不是可以在婚後遞NIW的４８５，盡管中國出生的排期還沒到？ 我知道如果配偶是中印等以外國家出生的，申請人可以在排期未到前遞４８５。如果配偶是美國公民呢？

我的EB－１B 背景不算強，有點擔心會被拒。我又不想申請婚姻綠卡。如果可以遞NIW的４８５，對我會比較理想。
