回複：NIW １４０批了如果和美國公民結婚可以遞４８５嗎？

今年十月初遞的NIW，剛收到１４０批了的EMAIL（希望是真的）。EB－１B／４８５ 九月交的，還在等。我有一個問題是如果我和美國公民結婚，是不是可以在婚後遞NIW的４８５，盡管中國出生的排期還沒到？

我知道如果配偶是中印等以外國家出生的，申請人可以在排期未到前遞４８５。
-That means the Chinese/Indian citizen can use the spouse's country 排期 only if the spouse also applys for the green card as the dependent or primary applicant on EB categories. If the spouse does not apply for the green card with the Chinese citizen at the same time, the Chinese citizen can not use his/her spouse's country 排期.

如果配偶是美國公民呢？

我的EB－１B 背景不算強，有點擔心會被拒。我又不想申請婚姻綠卡。如果可以遞NIW的４８５，對我會比較理想。
