急問，pijiang 新工作H1B Transfer申請,多謝

老婆終於在本地找到工作，可以不再兩地。沒想到挺大一個跨國公司卻碰到一個毫無經驗的公司律師，實在麻煩，一個LCA申請搞了一個月才發出去，中間不知道回答了她多少無厘頭問題。我和老婆都辦過H1B的，有很多太無厘頭，我們都一一解釋給。

現在碰到一個超級無厘頭問題，情況如下：老婆現有H1B第一個三年明年九月到期。這
個律師要申請把H1B receipt送到加拿大美領館，讓老婆出境激活新H1B,而且新的H1B隻
到明年九月止，到時候再延。
“Our attorney indicates that it would be preferable to update your H-1B
status once your visa is approved so that the documents are in alignment;
same expiration date. Because you have landed status in Canada (no visa
needed), this can be easily accomplished by having the paperwork sent to the
Consulate in Toronto ; when you return, the I-94 will be reissued and the
information will align with the new petition. At some point, this will need
to occur because your current visa expires next September.”

有兩個問題
1，H1B transfer除了不占名額，等於全新，應該是又一個三年，是否正確？
2，老婆沒有任何Gap不需要境外激活，應該拿到797A,上麵的I-94直接取代舊I-94。如果萬一拿到797B，考慮不遲，是否正確？
