有兩個問題
1，H1B transfer除了不占名額，等於全新，應該是又一個三年，是否正確？

2，老婆沒有任何Gap不需要境外激活，應該拿到797A,上麵的I-94直接取代舊I-94。如果萬一拿到797B，考慮不遲，是否正確？
