你女兒作為你領導的Dependent，其簽證的有效性是跟隨你領導的。
原則上，你從一個舊的H1轉到一個新的h1後，舊的就無效了。雖然有的可能從紙麵看，比如兩年的隻用了一年後你換了工作，重新辦了h1，舊的就自動失效了。衍生的h4一切都跟著h1，其時間起止和生效失效，都完全一樣。
