他們是想在這裏呆一段後，我們一塊回去，我拿著綠卡，在給他們在國內辦理824，所以我想要是我拿到了綠卡，他們仍然拿著h4,然後我們一起離境，不知道到時候會不會有麻煩
-If you get your green card, they will be out of status. If they are unlawful present > 180 days or >one year, they can not be allowed to enter US within 3 years or ten years. If they are unlawful present for only two three months, they should be OK to get the immigration visa in China to come back.
