1 如果我已經在美國遞交了自己的485。那家屬還能在中國獲得h4簽證馬，因為隻是遞交了 485，綠卡還沒有下來，不知道對他們申請h4有沒有影響。
-As long as your status is still H1, they have no problem to get H4 visa no matter whether you file I-485 or not.

2 如果他們能在以上的情況下來美，那如果在美國期間我的485批了，綠卡拿到，他們還能在這裏呆馬，還是要出境
-They can file I-485 and stay in US with AOS if your PD is current. If your PD is not current, they may need to leave US and get an immigration visa using consular processing n China to come back when your PD is current.
3 遞交485的時候如果同時遞交了131。765，是不是會影響綠卡下來的速度？
-No.
