請問問題4中的下麵的這句話如何理解：“had the alien not left and returned under advance parole”。
- had the alien not left and returned under advance parole = if the alien had not left and returned under advance parole

曾經在一個老印的壇子中讀到意思是第二次用AP入境後必須用EAD工作。
- How?

當時覺得很無稽，但現在閱讀這句話就覺得確實是這個意思。因為從第一次使用AP後每次出境和入境時都將處於同樣的AP身份了。
