RD and PD are both March 2005, name check cleared in Oct. 2007. USCIS reply that fingerprint expired and will issue a FP notice within 4 months. It looks like USCIS try to find any excuse to delay Chinese EB2s. That's why we are think of WOM USCIS. Doshex, Thanks for your response anyway. How patient should we are?
