EB2, PD is not current. But I did a local interview back in Jan 2008. Got a letter telling me that as of Sept xx, 2009, my 485 case is "waiting for adjurisdiction". What does it mean?
Infopass in local office, the officer told me that someone has been re-reviewing my case in Sept 2009, they should tell me if I can get the green card within 30-90 days. However, my PD is really late, it is around Jan 2007. Now the bulletin is only mid -2005, is it possible that they will approve it even my PD is so late?
What does" Waiting for adjurisdiction" mean?
