回複：What does" Waiting for adjurisdiction" mean?

EB2, PD is not current. But I did a local interview back in Jan 2008. Got a letter telling me that as of Sept xx, 2009, my 485 case is "waiting for adjurisdiction". What does it mean?
-Every pending case is "waiting for adjurisdiction".

Infopass in local office, the officer told me that someone has been re-reviewing my case in Sept 2009, they should tell me if I can get the green card within 30-90 days. However, my PD is really late, it is around Jan 2007. Now the bulletin is only mid -2005,

is it possible that they will approve it even my PD is so late?
-Immpossible to happen unless USCIS makes mistake.
