我今天發現後也很鬱悶，怎麽偏偏搞了個每周19.7小時，而不是20小時。他們沒有雇律師，就是由他們學校一個負責辦H1B的人來辦理的。

什麽是RFE？ 我還自己交了1000美金辦加急。如果被拒了。我還有沒有機會讓學校增加小時數來重新獲得I-129的批準阿？
