I-864的$70的支票也是寫給U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY 嗎？
-If your parents are in U.S. and will file I-485 for their GC, you do not need to pay the I-864 filing fee. This fee is paid to National Visa Center for Consular processing for GC applicant outside.
