我的理解怎麽和你說的正好相反，在美國轉身份要交錢，在中國國內申請不用交。請大家糾正。

這是從移民局網站上轉來的 “Although USCIS does not charge a fee for this form, the Department of State does charge a fee of $70 when the Affidavit of Support is reviewed domestically. This does not apply when the Affidavit of Support is filed abroad. ”
