can I file motion to reopen by myself?
-Yes, of course. Collect the evidences to justify yourself in the cover letter. You might find a lawyer to help you, if necessary.

But the deny letter saying there is no appeal for this decision,
-All the I-485 denial cases are not allowed to appeal, not just your case. But it does not means the I-485 denial is not allowed to file MTR/reconsideration.
