If I filed MTR, which catalog I should use in the form I-290B,
1)Motion to reopen
2)Motion to reopen/reconsideration
-Choose "Motion to reopen/reconsideration" is better (i.e. click "F" in the form).

If you MTR does not work, you can just wait for the PD to be current to file a new I-485. Your approved NIW I-140 is still valid no matter whether the I-485 is denied.
