回複：H1B withdrawal 問題--急急急

我的OPT 今年2 月份生效， 4 月份申請的H1B， H1B 10 月1 號生效。現在被layoff， 沒有找到新公司來sponsor transfer h1B.

律師建議我去revoke/cancel我的h1b 申請， 這樣子我還能維持我的opt 繼續找工作。

我網上搜了一下， 有些地方寫著revoke/cancal h1b 申請的話同時把名額也cancel 掉了，

可我有聽說名額是可以保留的， 隻是h1b 是不生效而已。 請問專家哪個是正確的？
-I do not think so because your H1 status has not be effective yet. So, it is revoked, you can not keep the h1 quote.

另外revoke 是不是會把fraud fee 等等都返還？
-No any fee will be refunded.

急急急！！！好心人多多幫忙， 就剩下10 來天的時間了。
