剛才律師告訴我說revoke/cancel 和withdrawl 是不一樣的。
withdrawl 不會cancel quote。。 也就是說前公司寫封信給移民局告訴他們這個position no longer avaialble就可以了。 這樣子quote不會被cancel 掉。 可是另一個律師又說是相同的。 請問有什麽差別麽？
-From the word definition, case revoke means something was wrong in the application, so the case was cancel. Case withdrawal means nothing was wrong in the application, but the applicant did not want this application anymore and thus request to cancel the case.
It seems it is grey area in your case if your employer withdraw the case. If you are lucky, you may not need to get a new H1 quote if you can find a job in the future, depending on the immigration official personal judgement.
