1）是不是申請了EAD後，回國後返美隻能用AP入境，而不能用H1B入境？
-Not really. If you do not use the EAD, your H1 status is still valid even if you have the EAD.
2）申請了EAD後，但一直不用，可否再申請H1B?
-Yes. Your status is still H1 in this case.
