In the case that USCIS knows I overstay outside US and denies my I485, does that have any negative impact on my application on H1 or J1 visa application to re-enter US?
-No matter whether your I-485 is denied or not, it will not affect your future H1 visa application, but you probably can not get J1, B1/B2 or F1 visa any more because of your immigration intent (Filing of I-140 and I-485).
