回複：有關J1轉H1B的三個問題，請大俠們幫助解疑。

本人J1簽證，有效期兩年，在大學做博士後。
DS2019上該顯示：Not subject to the two-year residence requirment前麵被打了勾。
問題一：DS2019的這個打勾顯示是否意味著我的J1身份以後不需要wavier了。
-Not true. This DS2019 is filled by your school and they may not know what is going on. Based on the China-U.S. agreement, all the J1 visitors with any major/speciality are subject to the two-year residence requirment.
入境（第一次來美國）剛好6個月，現在想轉換身份到H1B，填寫I539表格時，參考了皮匠大蝦的填表指南，
問題二：相對於24個月的J1停留期，剛滿6個月就提出轉換身份的申請，是否有極大的可能會被認為有移民傾向，從而申請被拒。
-USCIS will not deny your H1 application just based on your immigration intent. The problem is you need J1 waiver before you are qaulified to change your status to H1. You nee to be J1 status for at least one year to be qualified for J1 waiver.
問題三：都說大學裏麵的H1B名額不占移民局配發給企業的名額，比較容易申請，此話當真？
