1.My wife found one A# on her 140 is different from her Green card’s A# and her 485’s A#. So she called the custom service asking them to help her fix it two weeks ago. Would that be the reason?
-It is very normal. The A# in the I-485 is her true A# (the same as the one on the green card). No need to do anything.

2. Yesterday, we just call USCIS asking them to help relinking my 485 to my wife’s 485. Would that be the reason?
-Irrelevant. I guess the email means USCIS just sent the certified I-140 to the Immigration officer for review on your kid's or/and your I-485 case (these I-485s will be approved based on your wife's I-140).

3. My daughter’s 485 and my 485 is still pending in TSC and NSC. Will this action affect our green card process?
-I do not think there is negative efffects.

4. Does anybody have this experience before? This e-mail doesn’t make sense to me at all. Please help me analyze this.
