1、我是485批下來以後回中國的，但回到中國以後，AP才批下來，不過到現在AP也過期了。我還可以再申請AP嗎？如果我不是在美國的時候拿到的AP，那能用於入境嗎？
-I am sorry I did not read your above post carefully. Why did you get a green card stamp on your passport in the USCIS local office before you left US for China? How long have you been China, >one year? If you have stay in China for > one year, you might have some kind of trouble. You need to go to get a Returning Resident (SB-1) Visa as soon as possible in the US Consulate in Guangzhou, China to come back because you got your green card/I-485 approval already.
2、這個按指紋可不可以在中國完成呀？
-No. Because your I-485 was approved, your綠卡趕不上打指紋will not affect your approved I-485/green card, but you will not receive the physical green card until you do the fingerprinting.

3、我孩子從沒去過美國，在中國出生，現在隻有一歲多。我問的免麵簽是指這次我和他去申請B2，他能否免麵簽。
-He can come back with you with any visa after you get the Returning Resident (SB-1) Visa and he will get his green card at the port of entry automatically. He needs to bring his passport, birth certification and his two pictures (2-inch size) for the green card.
4、如果這次我放棄去按指紋了，那麽等我LG綠卡下來以後，我和孩子再在國內申請綠卡，大概需要多長時間呢？一年嗎？在申請綠卡的期間，我和孩子是不是就沒法去美國了？

5、我LG說最後一次按指紋是綠卡的最後一步了，說明綠卡就快下來了。可我在網上看，好多人說綠卡早著呢？到底還要多久呢？
