我現在在國內，LG在美國，我們的485批了，我也按過一次指紋了，後來來信要補一次指紋，我LG申請延期了，最近又來信安排按指紋了，可我可能趕不及去美國按指紋，我想問一下，如果我放棄這次的按指紋，是不是意味著放棄綠卡了？
-Yes, unless you can re-scheduled the fingerprinting again. You had better come back to U.S. for the fingerprinting.
如果我LG的綠卡下來了，可我沒有綠卡，那我是不是就比較難進美國了？我們是婚後開始一起申請綠卡的。
-You can come back to US within one month after your I-485 is denied using AP and file i-485 motion to reopen or file a new I-485. Otherwise, you have to get the green card using consular processing in China if you can not come back to US and it may take one year.


還有一件事，我們的孩子是在國內出生的，拿中國護照。現在1歲多點。我LG目前沒有H1，用的工卡工作，那麽，

如果我下個月去美國，是不是隻能簽B2簽證，通過的概率大嗎？
-Has your kid been U.S. before? If yes and your kid has not filed I-485 yet, you may need to get B2 visa. Your kid has a good chance to get the b2 visa.

我孩子能免麵簽不？
-If your kid has never been U.S.,after you get your green card you can go back to China to bring him/her to U.S. without any visa before he/she turns age 2, and your kid can get the green card immediately without charging any fee at the port of entry.
