pjiang & 863211老師: USCIS made my PD and Priority Class wrong

I requested a service inquiry on my EB1B 485, and found USCIS has made my PD and priority class wrong. They linked my EB1B 485 to my NIW 140. I called NSC trying to resolve the issue, but the guys who picked my call refused to help with this. Any suggestions on what I should do to resolve the issue? Thanks...
