Thanks, 863211老師. My case was just transferred from TSC to NSC on July 15th. How do I know which IO was assigned to handle my case? should I directly address to that IO in my letter, or should I try to address to an supervisor? Thanks again...
-You just send it to NSC and they will forward your letter to the officer who deals with your case.
