485補材料的問題

今天收到485補材料的信，信如下。

You must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent employer, describing your present job duties and position in the organization, your proffered position (if different from your current one), the date you began employment and the offered salary and wage.

This letter should be in the original (NO PHOTOCOPIES) and signed by an executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment.

The letter must also indicate the whether the term and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist.

有點問題請教這裏的高人。老公在2007年7月交了NIW. 140去年9月批了。他的職位是博士後，這個職位不是permanent. 好象NIW也沒有permanent的要求。

問題1
如何回信呢，是否要在信中（cover letter)指出這一點（NIW沒有permanent的要求）。

問題2
現在有點擔心老公的學校不肯開信，因為博士後不是個永久職位。否則的話我們隻能讓學校開封employment verification letter, 並不給學校看這封補件通知了。這樣可行嗎？
