我的H1-B到2012就會到期 （6年）。 所以，現在我想和university to talk about the Eb1-b; if they know that I already file other I140, they may want to extend H1-B beyond the 6th year rather than sponsor my Eb1-b GC?
anyone can suggest: if I do not tell them I have file I140, is there something they will know or immigration office will deny it eventually?
