about transcript and work cert

congratulations! can you share some info?

I plan to apply for the immigration, but it asks for the transcripts been send in a sealed envelop. It's hard for me to get as I am US and the univ is in china. But I have the original transcript in Eng, is that ok, or what should I do?

Canada also asks for the work certificate with name card of whoever signs. What if I cannot get it?
