Pijiang and 863211, pls help

我的H1B身份今年年底到期。打算九月份回國，請問簽證會不會有危險，因為身份還隻有3個月。如果我拿著h1b renewal application 的 receipt, 會不會有幫助？
或者我應該等h1b延期了再回去？
