我的H1B身份今年年底到期。打算九月份回國，請問簽證會不會有危險，因為身份還隻有3個月。如果我拿著h1b renewal application 的 receipt, 會不會有幫助？
-You should have no problem to get the visa during your h1 extension pending. But the problem is that if your h1 extension application get approved during your travel and you have no the new approval notice with you when you come back, the immigration officer at the port of entry will only issue your I-94 based on your old h1 approval notice. Thus, you have to do the h1 extension again when you come back. So, the best way is to get the h1 extension approved before you leave. You ask your employer to file the h1 extesion petition for you now.
